Apple slowly realizes "Apps Store" might not be such a confusing term after all

Minyanville brings a shrewd description of Apple's developing legal failure to make Apps Store into a trademark. Had it not been another example of how even the more creative corporations dedicate large chunks of their resources into an over-aggresive usage of Intellectual property laws in a way which cannot have any  public benefit whatsoever, it would have been a very funny story.
