Google notified it has updated the government requests report. This report discloses information about requests from government agencies and courts around the world, asking Google to remove content from her services and hand over user data.
In my mind, this is definitely a piece of information citizens, all over the globe (where there is Internet, of course), should take some time taking a look from time to time. The data can be seen in spatial form, and raw data files (with limited content) can be downloaded.
A pity this norm of transparency (even partial), is not embraced by all players in this getting-data and removing-data game: governments and corporations.
